Event Details
This workshop will explore the relationship between music and creative writing. We'll emphasize the power of being direct, urgent, and even sloppy. We will introduce examples of the accidental genius in some iconic songs, so participants will learn how to be open to and embrace the magic of mistakes. Welcome to writers of all genres and skill levels.
Shawnte Orion is the author of Gravity & Spectacle (a collaboration with photographer Jia Oak Baker from Tolsun Books) and The Existentialist Cookbook (NYQBooks).
