A Free Program for Caregivers of Children Ages 0–5
Join this FREE, 7-week program designed to support caregivers and strengthen early childhood development. Learn valuable skills, connect with others, and gain tools to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care.
Topics include:
- Child Safety & Wellness: transportation safety, injury prevention, CPR & First Aid, safe sleep, water safety, and healthy eating
- Child Development: recognizing typical vs. atypical development, activity level, sociability, and coping with change
- Caregiver Skills & Support: frustration tolerance, granting children their emotions, and building strong relationships with parents
- Healthy Habits: screen time and other daily routines that support positive growth
