Drawn to Comics, downtown Glendale’s source for comic books, gaming, and collectibles, is once again joining forces with the Velma Teague Library to celebrate Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 2, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Enjoy free comics, vendors, comic book artists, cosplay, crafts, and games at this all-ages, annual event. Activities will take place inside the Velma Teague Library and at the Drawn to Comics Store.

Velma Teague Parking Statement

Due to the construction in Murphy Park, if there is no parking available in the front of the library, you can find free parking in the downtown parking garage at 5835 W. Palmaire Ave.
