Program Description

Event Details

Celebrate Native American History Month at Glendale Public Library as we embark on a year-long series of events showcasing the rich heritage of the Indigenous Americans of the Southwest. Join us Saturday, November 23, 2-4 PM at the Main Library (5959 W. Brown St.) for an unforgettable kickoff featuring the fast-paced, energetic, and visually stunning dances of Yellow Bird Productions. Following that, experience the living and evolving traditions of First Nations culture with social dances presented by Native Spirit. These powerful performances are a unique opportunity to connect with and appreciate the depth of Indigenous culture.
