Program Description

Event Details

Teens, tweens, and their parents/guardians are invited to join us for an informative session on puberty and menstruation. Led by experienced trainers from Touchstone Health Services, this program provides a supportive environment to learn about the physical and emotional changes during puberty, menstrual health, and more. Come with questions and gain valuable knowledge to navigate these important milestones together. Participants may also assemble their own period self-care kits while supplies last. No registration is required.

A note to guardians, due to the topic of this session, the presentation does contain information about and educational depictions of anatomy as well as various menstrual hygiene products.
