"Shut Up and Write!" Northwest Valley

PLEASE NOTE:  "SHUT UP AND WRITE" TYPICALLY MEETS TUESDAYS FROM 10:30 TO 12:30 BUT IS RESCHEDULED THIS WEEK DUE TO VETERANS DAY HOLIDAY CLOSURE

Discover how strikingly helpful it can be to write alongside other writers. All skill levels and types of writing are welcome - a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, song, poem, or even work. No one will see what you've written (unless you ask them to) or give you unsolicited advice. After a silent hour of writing, participants have time to connect with other writers, discuss writing projects and hurdles, and share recommendations. Please bring along whatever you’ll need to write - earbuds, earplugs, laptop or tablet, notebook and pencil, etc.  

Please note:  Shut Up and Write! allows minors to participate only with supervision: We know that minors also love to write. We allow participation in our events by those under 18 years of age with the supervision of a parent or guardian present during the Shut Up & Write! activity.
