Have you ever wondered what pH is and what cabbage has to do with it? Learn how pH levels effects humans and the many ways we play with pH levels from cooking and baking to water management and environmental science. This program is geared for children ages 6-11. Younger children are welcome, however an adult must be present to help with the activity.
