There shall be no program fee for meeting room usage that occurs exclusively during operating hours. Library operating hours can be found here.
Program fees for meeting room usage where any part of the reservation occurs outside normal operating hours are based on square feet of rental space plus an additional $50 per hour for staffing and shall be assessed as follows:
