The Quail Room, located at the south end of the divided Roadrunner Room, is ideal for classroom or lecture-style meetings, parties, or gatherings. The Yucca Room can be divided in half when needed to create two smaller rooms: the Creative Space and the Community Room. The Community Room is ideal for small group meetings, one-on-one counseling, or coaching sessions. Situated at the north end of the Meeting Room Wing, the Auditorium is adjacent to the library's northernmost entrance. This space is ideal for large gatherings, including musical, dance, or dramatic performances, seminars, lectures, large memorial or recognition services, company meetings, and lecture-style training sessions. Amenities include a stage, a green room, and excellent acoustics. Two double-door entrances allow for easy crowd control.

Please note that the library will not provide projectors or laptops. Additionally, the use of the sound system, stage lights, and other audio-visual equipment is not permitted.

The Large Meeting Room is perfect for larger classroom and lecture-style meetings, luncheons, parties, large group discussions, or small memorial services. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted TV/Monitor, a projection screen, and a whiteboard. Please note that the library will not provide projectors or laptops.

The rental of the Meeting Room Wing includes the Auditorium, both meeting rooms, and the hallway. This versatile space is ideal for Sunday school or church services, small conventions, or school functions.

Hidden near the south entrance of the Main Library, the South Xeriscape Garden is a serene, picturesque venue ideal for intimate weddings and outdoor gatherings. Featuring numerous benches, a horseshoe-shaped seating area, and vibrant low-water-use plants, this garden offers a beautiful and tranquil setting. Enhanced by garden artwork and frequent visits from peacocks from nearby Sahuaro Ranch Park, it provides a unique and colorful backdrop for any special occasion. Please note that the library will not provide additional seating or sound systems.
